About the role

Selling travel experiences is complex, and product design is a key component in making it simple for businesses and seamless for travellers. As a Product Designer, you will have a challenging tasks which will span working on B2B products used by Hotels and Organizers of activities; as well as B2C products that are used by travellers to book activities.

💪 What You'll Be Doing

• Leading design for multiple new opportunities, from beginning to end. This might include solving problems for business users (e.g. Hotels) or for end-consumers (travellers looking to book activities)
• Improving our existing, flagship features to maximise customer satisfaction and booking conversion
• Collaborating with our customers to understand what problems should we be solving for them next. We’ll expect you to join customer calls and occasionally try their products to develop a deep understanding of problems, wants, and needs
• Together with founders, shaping the roadmap and ensuring that we prioritise and build products that lead to the highest value for our business users and their end-consumers
• Implementing the right processes at the right times to maximise team productivity. Including (but not limited to) formalising our design standards and scaling our design tools so we keep shipping features
