Our goal is to enable our clients to offer the best ~~~~experiences to their guests. Operations Associate supports our entire business, ensuring smooth running of all Turneo operations and processes, including customer service and monthly billing. They are also in charge of ensuring our processes are fit for growth.
🎯 As an Operations Associate, you will:
- Ensure our operations are running smoothly. This includes setting up the right processes and reviewing them regularly as we grow our business.
- Handle and resolve customer issues. Our customers include resellers, experience organizers and travellers - and at times, you will need to communicate efficiently with all three.
- Improve operational management systems, processes and practices. This includes constant improvements to the quality and cost-effectiveness of our customer service.
