About the Role

We empower hotels to enhance guest satisfaction and drive incremental revenue through curated activities, excursions, and services.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our growing network of experience suppliers, hotels, and travelers. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, assisting partners with onboarding, resolving issues, and driving process automation using AI and other tools. It’s an ideal role for a recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support experience suppliers and hotels, ensuring they onboard successfully and operate efficiently on Turneo’s platform
- Assist travellers, handling inquiries and troubleshooting booking issues to ensure seamless experiences
- Optimise and automate operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency using AI and digital tools
- Monitor and analyse operational performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage data and documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting for operations-related tasks.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Economics, Business or similar fields
- 0-2 years of experience in operations, customer support, or a related area
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and automation tools
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
