About the Role
Turneo is revolutionising how hotels sell experiences by providing a seamless digital platform to connect guests with in-house and third-party experiences. We empower hotel chains to enhance guest satisfaction and drive incremental revenue through curated activities, excursions, and services.
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Customer Success Manager to nurture and expand our relationships with hotel partners across Europe. This role is critical to ensuring long-term customer satisfaction, increasing adoption, and driving incremental revenue through upselling and expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing relationships with hotel partners, ensuring they maximize the value from Turneo’s platform
- Conduct regular check-ins and QBRs with customers to assess performance, identify challenges, and propose strategic solutions
- Drive product adoption, ensuring partners leverage the platform to its full potential
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, crafting strategic plans to increase partner revenue and engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and providing proactive recommendations
- Develop renewal and retention strategies, ensuring continued satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Monitor customer health metrics, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where needed
- Collaborate with internal teams, providing feedback on customer needs to improve product offerings and support
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field, preferably in hospitality, travel tech, or SaaS
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders, condust QBRs, develop strategic account plans, and drive upsell opportunities
- Strong understanding of technology, especially web technologies, APIs, and integrations, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
