We are looking for a dynamic and driven Commercial Director to expand our presence in Iberia. This is a high-impact role where you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding new hotel partners.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect hotel groups that can benefit from Turneo’s platform
- Engage and nurture leads through targeted outreach, meetings, and industry events
- Present tailored solutions to hotel decision-makers, demonstrating how Turneo enhances guest experience and revenue
- Negotiate and close deals, managing the full sales cycle to successfully onboard partners
- Build long-term relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption
- Manage ongoing hotel partner relationships through strategic plans and QBRs, ensuring they maximise the value from Turneo’s platform.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, proactively working with hotel partners to increase their revenue and guest engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies and improve product-market fit
- Track and analyze performance, using data insights to optimise the sales approach
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience, preferably in hospitality, travel tech, or SaaS
- Proven ability to pitch and sell technology-driven solutions to senior stakeholders
